Science - PRE-SCHOOL ages 3-5 Mini Steps Resources
This section opens with a series of worksheets looking at the characteristics of well known things. First, they are aksed to look at sets of living and non-living things for you to discuss and colour in. Then the children are asked to find the odd one out with the difference being living or non-living, plant or animal or different types of animals. With the latter discuss certain characteristics such as where the creatures live, size, food, number of legs, etc..
